I had forgotten how funny this movie is. So today is tribute to Ace Ventura day! WEEEEEE!
Remember the first time you saw this movie? I do, and I remember thinking how damned cute Jim Carrey was. I didn't know him from In Living Color or anything else, so for me it was just this funny guy that came out of nowhere. I guess to me that was pretty impressive.
I remember being very attracted to the guy.
Remember how much you laughed during the opening scene? the delivery guy detroying the box? I laughed hard.
Remember the scene at the cocktail party, when he's walking through it and he grooves around the party to the string quartets music, that's a funny dance. I think I still do that dance.
And he's sexier in this movie than in any other that he's made. silly and arrogant and smart is a good combo.
I think I might be attracted to crazy people. Genius crazy, not crazy crazy. I'm talking' ace ventura crazy.
I've also got a thing for double glasses guy. Probably because he's recluse and aloof like a cat, and has a sexy receeding hairline. Rrrraow.
Remember this part? Damnit, that's funny.
I've gotta see this movie again. I wish I had a weekend where I wasn't doing anything important...oh this weekend.
